Rafał Zajko is a Polish artist based in London, UK. His work deals with society’s industrial past, exploring its environmental impact upon working class heritage and queer identities.

His sculptural practice incorporates various materials and processes, including ceramics, ventilation systems, prosthetics, and performance, as a means to examine themes of Polish folklore, science fiction and queer technoscience. The emphasis on these industrial materials and processes resonates with, and honours, his heritage.

Zajko holds an MFA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Art, London, UK.
